Q: Is this just for women?
A: No. I train men and women. Women often want strength, body composition, and training that supports hormones and recovery. Men often want muscle gain, conditioning, performance goals (like hunting prep or mountain biking), or losing the “beer belly.” Your plan is built around your goals.
Q: Where do you offer in-person personal training?
A: All in-person personal training sessions take place at my gym location: 4585 S Cloverdale Rd, Boise, ID 83709. I don’t travel for home visits. If you need flexibility or prefer to train elsewhere, my custom app-based online training is a great fit.
Q: What’s included with in-person personal training?
A: You’ll get hands-on coaching during your workouts: proper lifting technique, smart progression, and real-time feedback so you train safely and effectively. We’ll also discuss simple nutrition habits that support your goals and lifestyle.
Q: Can you work around injuries or joint pain?
A: Yes. Training is always customized to your body and injury history. I’ll choose movements and modifications that build strength without aggravating problem areas, and progress you in a way that keeps you moving forward.
Q: How much does a personal trainer cost?
A: I believe in transparency, so all pricing is posted on this page. You can reference the options above/below to compare in-person training and other programs and choose what fits your goals and budget.
Q: What if I can’t make it to the Boise gym?
A: If you can’t train at 4585 S Cloverdale Rd, I offer online training through my custom app. You’ll get a structured program you can follow on your own time, with guidance and accountability built in.
