By signing up for The Fitness Life 6-Week Challenge, I agree to the following:

I am participating at my own risk and will not hold The Fitness Life or Allie Smith-Cobb responsible for any injuries or medical complications.

I accept the recurring membership fee of $27/month, which begins 6 weeks after the challenge start date (applicable to new clients only).

If I am a current online member or client, my current membership and fees will remain unchanged.

I understand that I can cancel ANYTIME during the challenge and still participate. If I do not send a cancellation request email to The Fitness Life before my payment is processed, I will be charged $27/month until I request cancellation. To cancel, I understand that I must send a written cancellation request via email.
