Personal training is an in-person, hands-on opportunity where a certified trainer will show you proper lifting technique, discuss ways to improve your nutrition, and help you feel better about yourself.
  • ​Gym Location:  Fit For Adventure. A 24-hour gym located on the corner of Amity and Cloverdale in Boise, Idaho.  4585 S Cloverdale Rd, Boise, ID 83709
  • ​Gym membership is required for all clients, but the gym gives our clients a special rate of $23/month-to-month contract. You can cancel your membership anytime. 
  • ​Coaches: Allie Smith-Cobb & Logan Cobb. *depending on schedule, this may change.*

Individual in-person training

Basic Sessions
$65/session
  • Minimum 2 sessions a month
  • ​Minimum order of 8 sessions at a time

  • Basic: With these sessions, you only have communication with your coach during your 1 hour session. No outside monitoring and support with basic workouts to follow.
  • ​In-session support only - All questions will be discussed during your 1 hour session
  • ​Nutrition coaching & monitoring during your 1 hour session 
  • TFL Trainer Workout Program - If you choose to workout outside your sessions, you will have our monthly membership workouts to follow. These come with 4 home and 5 gym workouts a week, as well as update every 3 weeks.
Custom Sessions
$80/session
  • Minimum 1 session per week
  • Freebie! Purchase over $1,000 and receive a brand new Myzone Heart Rate Monitor
  • Custom: With these sessions, you have full access to your coach (during & outside your 1 hour sessions). PLUS custom workouts written specifically for you to follow when you workout on your own. 
  • ​24/7 support and contact with coach
  • Custom workouts to complete outside trainer sessions. (Example: If you want to workout 4x total during the week, you can do 2 sessions with your coach and 2 workouts on your own written by your coach. Also, if you are traveling and want a hotel or bodyweight workout, your coach will write those up too! )
  • Nutrition coaching & monitoring outside session support. (Text your coach any questions about nutrition outside your sessions)
  • Habit monitoring & Accountability during  & outside your 1 hour sessions.

Couple in-person training (2 people)

Spend over $1000 and get a brand new Myzone MZ-switch to track your workout effort. We love this as coaches because we can see how hard... or easy the workouts are. Making sure our clients are getting the push they need to succeed.

24-hour gym access
We train our clients inside Fit For Adventure, a 24 hour gym located on the corner of Amity & Cloverdale. Using the map app on your phone you can search The Fitness life to find the exact location. 

Our clients say they love this gym. It's not as busy as other local gyms, less intimidating, and conveniently located! 

Our clients are required to have a gym membership. By working with us, your membership cost is discounted down to $23/ month and there's no contract.

Also, as a member, you will be eligible to attend my Wednesday night bootcamps for free.

The Fitness Life Workout app
Accountability is the #1 reason everyone hires a trainer. With our custom workout app, we are able to see what our clients are doing. Such as workout stats, steps, sleep, habit streaks, and personal best!

Our app is easy to use, and means you can take your fitness goals anywhere with you!

Support & eduation
Inside our app you'll find our 'Nutrition worth talking about' group as well as our "Podcast & info" group. These in-app groups allow us coaches to share things with you, but also allows our clients to share awesome finds.

Nutritional GUIDANCE
Each clients get our Transform Nutrition Playbook. If you've ever wondered to yourself what you need to eat, this will show you! So many pictures of food items, recipes, and meal ideas!

Coaching videos
I have put many, many.... MANY hours into recording in depth videos for my clients. It’s SO important to make sure that you have the proper form when you’re doing your workouts. Otherwise you can put unnecessary strain on your back and knees and actually cause more damage than you’re fixing! So I’ve included proper form demonstration videos for every single move I show you - so your body can TRULY transform. This is just like having a personal trainer in your home!

Group sessions
We also provide couple training sessions or small group sessions. If you are looking for something along these lines, it's best to schedule a free consultation and we can chat about it!
