What’s Included.
01.
Personal Training
All sessions are 60 minutes, customized to the client's needs, wants, and goals and are done inside Fit For Adventure. The number of sessions bought will be scheduled weekly to the client's wants but expire if not used within 6 months. *reschedule and cancellation policies are discussed at the signing of contract. Non supervised workouts are provided for the client through out digital workout app and are included free of charge with the session packages of 12 or more.
02.
24-hour gym access
Fit For Adventure give my clients a discount membership of $23/ month with no contract. This gym is 24-hours and is on the corner of Amity and Cloverdale. As a member, you will be eligible to attend my Wednesday night bootcamps for free as well.  If training is purchased, Fit For Adventure employee will help with sign up.

Daily Digital Workout Tracking app
Tracking your habits has been proved to HUGELY contribute to maintaining fitness goals long term. Inside the workout tracking app, we will enter your measurements, progress photos, workouts, exercise demonstration videos, nutrition calculations, nutritional guides and communication. This is also where you'll find workouts for you to complete when we are not training together, "non supervised workouts".

Supportive Community
All clients get access to a supportive Facebook community of fellow online and in person clients, so that you can encourage each other, cheer each other on, and answer questions like, “Is it normal to get out of breath after 5 pushups?” (The answer is yes, but wait til you get to the end of the challenge and you’ll be AMAZED at your progress!)

Nutritional Guide and Calculations
Each clients get a personalized macro nutrient calculation and nutritional guide. This is a very in depth guide explaining what to eat, how to shop, and how to reach your goals. This is great to look through as you're planning out your week, or doing some light reading before bed. Of course, in our sessions we can always discuss what's best for you.

Coaching videos
I have put many, many.... MANY hours into recording in depth videos for my clients. It’s SO important to make sure that you have the proper form when you’re doing your workouts. Otherwise you can put unnecessary strain on your back and knees and actually cause more damage than you’re fixing! So I’ve included proper form demonstration videos for every single move I show you - so your body can TRULY transform. This is just like having a personal trainer in your home!

We provide individual training sessions as well as couple and small group training. If you are looking for something along these lines, it's best to schedule a free consultation for us to discuss this.
