Hi, I'm Allie!

I grew up in a small town in Eastern Idaho where I was a four year letterman in track-and-field and played volleyball. 

You can say I've always craved competition. 

While in high school there was always competition, but as an adult I get bored quick. I get stuck in the boring day-to-day tasks, and with boredom came FOOD! And usually the unhealthy type.

Back in my young 20's I developed this theory in my head that if I ran 4 miles a day 5 days a week that I could eat all the delicious, unhealthy food I wanted and not get fat. 

I went through two phases when it came to my body. 


Phase 1: Running a lot, softer, no muscle, and eating junk. (Trying to outwork my bad diet)

Phase 2: Still running a lot, skinny, no muscle, and not eating. (Trying to starve myself to be fit)

To get me to this magical number I had in my head of 135 pounds, I thought food was evil and running was going to save me. I was running up to 6-7 miles a day and eating 2 meals a day. 

Running and food is how I always dealt with insecurities. 

I ran to escape and when running didn't work, I ate. Then I would feel bad about eating and starve myself. 

Always this back and forth cycle of too much or not enough. Also known as the Yo Yo diet.

I felt STUCK!

The day came when Gold's Gym in my hometown had their 12-week challenge (2012). I signed up to see what I was capable of... 

I started to track my food, laid off the oreos, and started to eat more whole food.

After all of that change in nutrition, workout style, and lifestyle, here's the crazy thing, I currently weigh 158. 

My goal weight was 135, so you'd think I messed up right?! 

But 138 pounds of my weight is muscle now!

Fitness is 90% mental and 10% physical, you need to dig deep and find what motivates you and what will help you change. 

You have been doing it one way for a very long time, and it will not change quickly. But when it's all done, you have to ask yourself.

Custom Workout & Nutrition Programming

  • This program is called level up because this works really well for someone who has some experience with lifting and eating well but wants more than a generic program. You want something written up specifically written for you. (this is an online program, no in person sessions)  
  • ​This is a popular option for those training for an event. Army PT test, black belt, Summer weddings & vacations who is willing to do this online and follow the program. 
  • Customization: We ask you send pictures of your workout space to your coach to allow 100% customizable programming. Your coach will also take into consideration injuries, travel plans, number of workouts a week you prefer, and workout time available.
  • ​Accountability: At the end of every 4 weeks, you will check in with your coach to discuss measurements, progress, what you liked or disliked from the program, new goals, travel plans, and anything else to help. your coach write your program.
  • Workout App All your workouts will be in our app  with demonstration videos, along with your nutrition guide and tracking features.
  • Commitment:  4 week program. There is no contract. You can stop or renew after each 4 weeks. No automatic billing.
  • Personal training is an in-person, hands-on opportunity where a certified trainer will show you proper lifting technique, discuss ways to improve your nutrition, and help you feel better about yourself.
  • ​Each session is 60 minutes.
  • ​Custom workouts (in app) will be written up for you to complete outside of your sessions.
  • Nutrition: We pride ourselves in coaching you specifically on your nutrition goals without getting rid of your favorite foods. You will receive our extensive nutrition guide to coach you on meal planning, macros, tracking, recipes, and meal plan examples.

  • Location: Meet with your trainer at Fit For Adventure. A 24-hour gym located on the corner of Amity and Cloverdale in Boise, Idaho.

  • Elite online coaching is a 12-week online custom coaching program where your coach holds you accountable in a way that works for you (set up between you and your coach) and customize the perfect workout & nutrition program for you! This program is great for all levels - if you're new to fitness and need help getting started, you will learn so much with this investment. Or if you know what to do but need help to stop sabotaging yourself and to get out of your own way, you'll love the guidance in this program!  Because this option is 100% customized and very hands on, we require an application and phone call before beginning to see if we are a good fit.

  • Customization: Pictures of your workout space will be sent to your coach to allow 100% customizable programming.
