I went from knowing absolutely nothing about being healthy to being a successful coach.
When I first started my fitness journey, I was living off of cereal, corn dogs and McDonald’s.
I’m not joking.
That’s all I ate.
I was a measly 115 pounds but had 30% body fat.
I never exercised.
I had horrid stomach issues.
I dealt with insomnia.
I had body dysmorphia.
I hated myself.
Getting to where I’m at now has not been pretty.
I’ve broken a foot, a finger, hurt my back, gotten the flu several times, had 2 babies, dealt with personal loss.
Being healthy and living a fit lifestyle is not suppose to be perfect.
It’s about failing and doing it again anyway.
It’s about pushing yourself and being compassionate with yourself.
It’s about being consistent because you know the other side (being unhealthy) is way harder than moving your body.
I leaned on others to teach me what I needed to know about being fit physically, mentally and emotionally.
Taking that first step in the gym was the scariest thing I’d ever done but it changed the whole direction of my life.
It’s time to change yours!
