Monday bootcamp hasn't really changed, it's still the same fun group workout.

BUT...

Now you have to sign up to come. Every week, I'll send out a text to see who's in town, who can come and I decide if we will cancel for that week. 

If you would like to be on the Monday Bootcamp group text, you must email me and let me know you would like to join us.

You can now come to bootcamp 2x a week!! Yay!

COME JOIN US IN BOOTCAMP!! Every Wednesday from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm we offer bootcamp to everyone and anyone. This is usually a group from 3-8 people. You will get a full body workout including core, strength, and conditioning,

 

Attention Fit For Adventure Members: You can join Wednesday's class for free!

When is bootcamp?

How much is bootcamp?

Every Wednesday is free to FFA Members.

Each class is $10 or Buy 10 classes for $80

*Cash, check, or card accepted.

Do I need to be a member?

Nope! Monday & Wednesday bootcamp is open to anyone and everyone. 

Do I need to sign up before?

Only on Mondays. Email info@thefitnesslife.net if you'd like to be on the list for Mondays. Or text Allie 208-680-9346

But for Wednesdays, just show up about 5 minutes before and we can take care of paperwork and payment. 

I'm not in shape, can I still come?

Of course! Our bootcamp is designed for all fitness levels. You determine how hard each class is. We will encourage you, but won't push you over your limit. Plus, that's the benefit of having a certified personal trainer teach class. If you are experiencing any pain, let the trainer know, and an alternative will be given. We all start somewhere!

What do we do in bootcamp?

Bootcamp is a group setting where you experience a combination of exercises for core strength, muscle building, fat burning, and cardio. Each class is different, keeping the experience new and always fun! The average person in one of our boot camps will burn anywhere from 400-800 calories.
