Hello! We are happy to sit down and discuss with you any questions about fitness, nutrition, and goals. We do this to give you guidance and a path. That path may be with us training you one-on-one at the gym or that may be you signing up for our month-to-month online training using our app. Either way, if you like what we offer and you want to talk with us, we'd love to! How much does one-on-one personal training cost?

(A) When you purchase your number of sessions, those can be spread out as you wish. Depending on your goals, we will usually suggest working with a trainer 1-2 times a week. On the days you are not training with us, we write up workouts that you will complete on your own through our workout app. Those workouts you do on your own are included, and you will only pay for the time we are training you.
